Hot Chocolate for Breakfast.

This morning we all had hot chocolate and bread for breakfast. It tasted really good and  I didn't have to make breakfast! :) Mom said I could give Joseph some hot chocolate. I think he liked it. At least, he screamed when it was all gone. Here are some pictures of him eating bread:

Today Mom, Stephen, Josiah, Rebekah, Anna, Mary Ann, Grandt, and I went to Sharyssa's play. It was a lot of fun to see her in a different character.
 Sharyssa, I'm proud of you and I can't wait to see you in your next play.     

This morning we were putting handouts on people's doors for a friend who is running for county board. Right now I'm tried.
   
We had a really good apple butter day in case any of you were wondering. It was a little wet, but we all had fun anyway. :)

Get Set...

Yesterday afternoon was spent mostly outside. Aunt Melissa came over to help clear the front porch, rake up leaves, and pick up walnuts.
I dare say that Josiah and Aunt Melissa pulled out more weeds from between the bricks than Anna or I did. And they raked the whole time, while Anna and I raked some, drove the mower, and than raked some more. Picking up walnuts was fun (I think I would have been more willing  to do it if that was what I would have to live on all winter).
Then we went inside, ate supper,and then Grandpa had to go to a prayer meeting and a board meeting. Anna and I washed the dishes, and then I did some school work. After that, we settled down to watch HGTV and to eat popcorn. At 10:00 we all went to bed.
This morning I woke up at 9:30.  How come when I went to bed later I woke up earlier than when I went to bed earlier? 

Right now I'm at my grandpa's computer, just a few days away from Apple Butter Day!!!!!
Last night, at about six, all of us but Stephen (who was at his class) piled into the van and drove two hours to meet up with Grandpa. After taking half an hour to eat ice cream and fries, Anna, Josiah, and I put all of our stuff in the back of Grandpa's van and got ourselfs in and headed toward Grandma and Grandpa's house. We arrived there at about 10:30.

This morning, after sitting around for a while, we had breakfast. (If you are a part of the White clan, as I happen to be, you know that breakfast at Grandma and Grandpa's house is the best breakfast on earth. And at the end of the meal, you feel very lazy with a full stomach.)

Anyway, I should be getting my school work done. Ta ta!      

Rainy Day

I haven't been doing much besides work and playing piano today. Not really a boring day, but it is a lazy one to me.  

Gone...

... But I have come back! I ended up going to the True Woman 12 conference with Mom and Joseph. It was very encouraging and I'm very happy I got to go. I missed every one at home though.:(

A few random happenings

I'm sick today. :( I've been blowing my nose like crazy and my chest hurts every time I cough. A lot of us are sick though. I haven't been outside today, but we have our windows open and it feels like fall! The wind is blowing and the trees are changing color. And it feels cold for a change!
Mary Ann had her first piano lesson yesterday with Mrs. Greene, and Johnathan and Anna had their first today with Grandma B.
Well, my cup of tea is quite empty.   

Hello Everyone!

I am very happy to be starting a blog, so you all can know what I've been up to. I hope you will find it to be encouraging, fun, and maybe even useful! I suppose I will start now and tell you how my day went. After we did school, Sharyssa and Mrs. Greene came over to do school with Josiah and Rebekah. After Lunch, Mom, Johnathan, Anna, Mary Ann, Grandt, Kristian, Julia, Joseph and I went to the Baffa's house to help celebrate Anthony's Birthday! I finished all of my school work on the way there and on the way back. We arrived home, ate supper, and then spent some time outside. All of us girl's (Sharyssa included) went upstairs and arranged mirrors on the wall. I would have taken pictures, but my camera needed to be charged, so I'll have to do that later. I hope you have enjoyed my cup of tea so far!!!
