Merry Christmas!

I've been enjoying the last few days which have been full of good times with family.
On Christmas Eve we went to the Christmas Eve service at my Grandpa Kuhr's church. We sang the Hallelujah Chorus and held candles (insert minion giggling with delight) . After that we went out for Chinese food, which I enjoyed immensely.
We then went to Grandpa's house, opened presents(!), and ate sweets.
....We got home at 12 something. :)
On Christmas Day I was the last one downstairs. Mom made her annual caramel rolls. After Dad read some Scripture, we started opening presents(!). My favorite one was the one I gave to Johnathan-The Lord of the Rings, all in one book! I wrapped it, put that in a sheet, stuffed that in a pillowcase, wrapped the pillowcase, and that in a bag. It was a ton of fun.
In the afternoon some of us played Ultimate!
Grandma and Grandpa White came later, and Grandma B joined us all for dinner. We had ham, garlic green beans, cheesy potatoes, and greek salad.
Today we opened presents(!), played some more Ultimate, ate dinner together, and some of us have been playing board games and such.

A Tiny Taste of the Recent Happenings

A couple of days ago I helped Grandma B with some of her Christmas decorations. I love looking at all of her decorations and to be able to help is even better! I also got to play around with our (tiny, in my opinion) stash of Christmas decor. Although I only did the piano I'm happy with the way it looks. :)
Dad took me out to breakfast this morning. That was fun, even though we were both distracted by the conversation in the booth next to us. ;)
After I cleaned a bathroom, Josiah and I went a few places and my mission was successful and in time for Christmas! We also tried some Brownie Thunder custard from Culver's.
Well, I've finally posted something after my much-to-long absence.

At The Breakfast Table

                    I was sitting eating my breakfast-cornmeal mush, thanks to Grandt- with Julia and Joseph when the latter brought up the subject of bad guys, monsters, robbers, and snakes.
                   "I'm going to hit the monster," proclaimed Joseph.
                   "I don't think there are any monsters," Julia replied giving me a knowing smile.
                   "Julia! Yeah there are!" shouted Joseph, genuinely concerned.
                   "I don't think there are any robbers at out house," Julia stated," but there might be some at Grandma and Grandpa's."
                   "Yeah," Joseph agreed.
                   After I assured them that there probably weren't any robbers there, the conversation shifted to snakes.
                   "I would hit the snake," Joseph figured.
                   "You probably shouldn't hit a snake, 'cause it might bite you," I told him.
                   Then Joseph went on a tangent about cars driving through our front windows and banging into our table.
                   "And a car go into water," he paused dramatically, and slowly 'sunk' his hand over the edge of his highchair. My face must have looked confused, because he quickly explained.
                   "Like when we go in the swimming pool."
                   Hahahah! So cute!

                  After breakfast I watched Grandt, Kristian, Julia, and Joseph play with duplos. Grandt and Kristian built a hotel. It has three bedrooms and an elevator.

Here's another one! A very bright and happy dress, due to the color. I was just looking through all the pictures and realized that you can't see the top front in any of them. Haha! (It's a high scoop neck, kind of like a tee-shirt.)

I was having trouble with my balance in these shoes. 

My shoes! Well, not really mine, I borrowed then from Grandma B. :)

I got this cute dress at St. Vincent's for under $10 in less than 20 minutes. Aside from that, it was almost exactly what I was looking for, and I LOVE the color. 

                                 It was a little difficult to stand on uneven ground in those heels. :)

    It was stormy too, so the lighting isn't the greatest, and my skirt is blowing in abnormal directions.
